    Here at Lansdown, we won’t be taking that personal service away, not now, not ever.     We’ve been part of the Cheltenham community for over 60 years and we want to ensure we continue to provide the service that people have come to expect from us.

    We understand that although a large amount of people do favour online communication, there are also members of the community who prefer to deal with a dedicated account handler, or who cannot use online tools. There are also those who have complicated risks to insure and need to discuss these with us in greater detail.

    All of our communications use simple, easily understood language and we ensure providers’ product literature is understood by our customers.

    We will maintain an open and transparent dialogue with our customers providing early notice of key events in relation to their policy such as renewal or changes to policy terms and conditions.
