Lansdown Insurance Brokers are thrilled to be able to donate to such an amazing local charity, The Butterfly Garden in Cheltenham. We were kindly invited to their Christmas party where we were able to present them with a donation of £5,000 which will be used to continue the incredible work they carry out within our local community.
Chris Evans from the charity wrote to us to say “Your kindness moved the real difference onto a new level though and spurred by it, I today met with an architect who left here to go and draw up plans for a new kitchen. It will make a big difference to our activities. Cooking is really popular and some days are greatly compromised by the shortage of space. It is very exciting.”
The Butterfly Garden is an educational, therapeutic and recreational scheme geared around gardening. It has been developed for people of all ages dealing with various different types of disablement.
Their aim is to offer diverse, stimulating and purposeful opportunity to individuals dealing with disablement of any kind.
